Return and exchange policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. The item can be exchanged or returned but needs to be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for the return courier costs and HEIDISTRUNG cannot be held liable for any damage or loss.
Unfortunately for hygienic reasons, we do not accept the return of earrings.
Repairs, wear and care
We will repair any HEIDISTRUNG jewellery deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
Please be mindful that jewellery can react to skin creams, perfume, body acid, chlorine, salty air etc. To ensure the longevity of your jewellery it is recommended, and good practice, to remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, exercise and sleeping.
We strive to use the best materials possible for our jewellery however we cannot be held liable for any adverse reaction to any metals used in the manufacturing of Heidistrung products.
Delivery terms and shipping
Please allow 5 working days for delivery after receipt of order.
All orders are sent via a reputable courier. No post box deliveries will be accepted. Only physical addresses, which must include a postal code, will be accepted.
